Received 4 more letters from residents which I have forwarded on to VicRoads. The response from VicRoads so far has been non-existent. They have, in my opinion, treated the residents with total contempt and an arrogance which is unbelievable. Not only have they performed substandard work but when we expressed our concern and dissatisfaction they have replied with complete silence and have not even done us the courtesy of acknowledging our correspondence. I intend to write to Michael O'Brien, who seemed willing to help, and ask him to escalate the matter and get some action from VicRoads.
