Contacted VicRoads to complain about the increased noise since the barriers were upgraded. Spoke with customer services person (Sat) in Road and Traffic Management. He was no help whatsoever and he more or less had the attitude that since VicRoads had upgraded the noise barriers, the noise levels must have reduced - QED. One thing he did do though, was say he would organise sound testing to be conducted near my place.
